I immigrated to Montreal in 2010. At that time I lived with my friends Rafa and Santiago. They took me to London, Ontario, to celebrate my first new year in Canada. It was awesome! I remember very vividly the walks in the snow, great food, just a very different but cool celebration. I missed my family, of course, but I don’t remember being sad. Most of all I was happy.
